1. The charges shall be paid for number of persons mentioned in the form/challan or actual persons visited on site, whichever is higher
2. Menu and additional paid facilities, if any, such as team building activity/ adventure activities shall be provided as perform/challan only.
3. Minimum 50% Advance payment at Pune office or through bank transfer.
4. Balance 50% shall be paid in cash only (no credit card/cheque acceptable) at the time of reporting to the site office of Surya Shibir

1. Any cancellation should be in writing or e-mail to Pune office, at least 5 days prior to the visit date, there shall be two options:
   1. either lump-sum of Rs.1000/- or 25% of the total amount, whichever is higher, shall be deducted and remaining will be refunded, or
   2. one postponement for the same number of persons X days, upto 3 months from original booking date, however, subject to availability. In this case Rs.1000/- shall be deducted and rest will be adjusted towards future bill at the rates prevailing at the time of new booking dates.
2. Menu and additional paid facilities, if any, such as team building activity/ adventure activities shall be provided as perform/challan only.
3. In any other case (including in a situation where cancellation is made on the postponement as mentioned above) there shall be no refund.
4. No refund for reduction in no. of persons / shortening of period of stay.

Note: Management of the Surya Shibir reserves the right to close the site on any day for any reason, whatsoever, however, in this case 100% amount will be refunded or adjusted in future bill.

SINCE ALL THE FACILITIES SUCH AS RAIN DANCE, SWIMMING POOL, SPORTS ROOM ARE COMPLEMENTARY, THERE SHALL BE NO REFUND IF ANY ONE OR MORE OF SUCH FACILITIES IS/ARE NOT PROVIDED ON ANY DAY.
